Excellent location near historic center, tram station, Volkswagen glass factory, and Higiene museum. Great hotel facilities with a restaurant, bar, wellness, and fitness area. Buffet breakfast is superb. Whirlpool in the spa is amazing. Cute for travelers with pets, providing door sign and treats. ECO program promotes environment-friendly behavior. Peaceful and private rooms with large windows.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was polite and friendly. They were always there to help us with anything we needed. The breakfast was great with a great variety of delicious items. The location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was close to the city center and right next to the tram lines that took us to the old part of the city.

Staying at this place was truly a delightful experience! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions in the city. Being able to explore the old town and see all the sights without having to rely on public transportation was a huge plus for me. The room itself was fantastic, with large panoramic windows that offered breathtaking views. I loved the fact that instead of a shower, there was a bathtub in the room. It added a touch of luxury and relaxation to my stay. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a wide selection of tasty options. I particularly appreciated having a kettle in the room, so I could enjoy a hot cup of tea whenever I wanted. The friendly staff were always on hand to assist with any needs or inquiries. I had accidentally left some jewelry behind in the room safe, and they immediately reached out to me and kindly offered to mail it back. The level of service was truly exceptional, and I can't thank them enough for their great care and attention.

Great central location, just a short walk to the city center and close to public transportation. The breakfast buffet was amazing and worth the price. So many delicious options to choose from, it definitely filled me up for the day. The room was also quite lovely, despite some noise from the outside, it was comfortable and clean.
The hotel lacked a bit of charm and seemed a bit outdated. The decor was a bit dull and could use some updating.
